Though the chairs I ordered are beautiful, this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered the chairs on 1/3/23 and didn't receive them until 4/8/23. The customer service response was horrible. The manager's response was horrible. No one could give me a good answer as to why my chairs took so long to deliver. I will never order from them again, and I will tell everyone I know to never order from them!

I was a little hesitant to order furniture online but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. And, I’m so happy I did! Grayson Living made the experience easy; customer service was responsive and kept me updated from the time of purchase through shipping. Initially, shipping was expected to be delayed, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified my items were arriving early. They arrived exceptionally well packed and in perfect condition. Very satisfied customer here!

The furniture I ordered is GORGEOUS. I seriously couldn't be happier with how our bedroom turned out! Jordan was an absolute rock star to work with and even worked with us through a bit of a shipping issue (they made the issue right and it was quickly resolved).
