I've just discovered that this company is responsible for representing the seller in our house transaction which unfortunately I made through Iamsold (never ever again!). At first i thought that the issues lay with the seller but after seeing the standard of email response that they have provided to my solicitors, I suspect that this blase attitude belongs squarely at their door. They seem to struggle with the most basic elements of conveyancing namely communicating effectively with my solicitors. They always appear to be waiting for information which frankly should either have been chased sooner or a better explanation provided as to the delay. I am staggered that this company is still registered to practice law and wonder whether this area of the legal market is properly regulated. This is something I intend to raise with my MP. Given the reviews submitted by other unfortunate victims of this law firm, I suspect that this house purchase is not going to be resolved any time soon

My wife & I were appointed Deputy Guardians to oversee the sale of my aunt’s house as she is now in a care home suffering from dementia & the estate agents suggested Medway Law. Initially I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the online information that I needed to provide but once I got my head round it all, it was a fairly straightforward process. There was a lot of additional documentation that was required for this sale & Medway Law were very good in detailing what they needed & more importantly, why they needed it. In the end the sale needed to be completed very quickly but again they rose to the task, & telephoned to confirm exchange of contracts, when the sale took place & when I could expect the funds into the bank account. All in all, at a difficult time, they were excellent. However I cannot end this review without mentioning Kerri Muir who went the extra mile to help. Thank you

Having started the sale of my flat back in Feb. and for the next several months got nothing but a run around from another solicitor not associated with Medway.
