I wrote a review on the 12th May and thank you for the reply however the explanation wasn't factually correct. I have been trying to make contact since then but without any luck. What Medway fail to appreciate in the reply was I managed to find the contact and information for them and passed it on through the Agent - yet the items still remains unresolved. Your client wants this finished, both myself and my solicitor want you to confirm some very simple information, If you are going to reply don't try and make an excuse find out why your team hasn't done their job... Sorry about the additional TrustPilot review, but I'm hoping this will be treated more seriously than my ignored calls.
