Very polite and professional
Very polite and professional. I sometimes felt communication could be a little better, but they always responded quickly to my questions.
Great value for money
John and Rebecca at Medway Law dealt with the sale of my flat and the purchase of a joint property extremely well. I was initially concerned about dealing with a firm who was not local (I live in Norwich) but I need not have worried. Everything was handled superbly; the service was great value for money. Buying and selling property is always stressful but I felt much better knowing that Medway Law was in my corner.

The whole experience of selling my property has run like clockwork from start to finish. I rate the service I received as first rate and will recommend to others anytime I have the opportunity
Good service
I found Medway law to be competent and helpful. They kept me updated through their app and by phone. If I had queries they were able to guide me through. Their fees were clearly laid out from the outset and once the property was sold, the transfer of monies went through very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Brilliant service and communication…

Would Use Again
Efficient service, friendly staff and they did what they said they would do.
Go Elsewhere
Have had much better service from other solicitors in previous house sales. Go elsewhere.

All ok in the end
Good in Parts
Things got off to a bad start as there was some confusion as to who my solicitor was: I received phone calls from so many different people and was already in a stressful state from having to auction my flat. I was unable to access the welcome app. as I don't have a smartphone so probably missed some important info. The process went quite well considering the difficult times we are all going through, but the 'Track my Case' facility only told me things I already knew. What I needed to know was what was happening now and how long it was likely to take. A lot of the terms were meaningless to me such as: e-chits set up on Quill(?). I had asked for a warning when things were nearing completion - since staffing levels were down implying we might not stay on schedule - but six days' notice was all I had to pack, arrange removals, look for a place to rent etc. etc. The paralegal assistant was very helpful and approachable -as is often the case!
