I found that at the start of proceedings i was being handled by several different people probably because of furloughing, and i found it difficult to keep track of everything. But, after mentioning difficulty, i was soon taken over by Sandra Davidson who steered me very efficiently through proceedings.

The whole house sale process was handled very efficiently. The conveyancer and his team dealt promptly with all the stages, and responded to emails and phone calls quickly and courteously. As in all house sales there were a couple of problems along the way, and I was grateful for the calm and professional way in which these were resolved. In the final stages they went the extra mile to ensure that completion happened to the deadline.
