I went with longevita for rhinoplasty in October and they were nothing but amazing and both my personal coordinators Zuhal and Mert were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me! My surgeon Prof. Dr. Fuat Yuksel has done an amazing job as well! Already planning on returning for composite bonding next year 🌟🌟🌟

I received a hair transplant and composite bonding, my whole experience has been fantastic from the get go, I have always experienced quick responses with thorough information, any concern or query I had throughout the process was handled brilliantly and I have felt in very safe hands throughout. My tranlators were Zuhal and Mert, who were amazing and really helped me during my time here. I am really happy with my results, my teeth look amazing and natrual and my hair transplant looks great and only 2 days after surgery. They really took into account my natrual hairline and created a natrual look in synchronisation with the rest of my features, I highly recommend all of the medical staff associated with Longveita and I would definitely come back. They both made me feel at ease and made sure I fully understood the whole process. Any questions I had they answered right away. They were always on hand 24/7 when needed. My surgeon Dr Fuat Yuksel was so professional and gave great advice before, after and during my procedure. I would recommend this surgeon to everybody! I also visited the dental clinic during my stay. This was a beautiful clinic with lovely, helpful staff. My dentist did a great job with my bonding as I wanted a natural look. I travelled to Istanbul last week for a breast lift with implants. I can’t say how much they exceeded my expectations from arrival until I flew back yesterday. I had a patient coordinators Mert and Baku and they were on hand for any questions and went above and beyond helping me get taxis and answering any questions I had. Dr Fuat was so professional and gave me the exact outcome I was hoping for, his office was pristine the staff were all very professional. I didn’t know what to expect, never travelled to turkey before but for the difference in not only price, but quality from the uk Drs I had visited here. I can recommend them 100%. I had quite a complex case for breast lift, after 2 previous surgeries I was unhappy with. Dr Fuat listened to me and did what the other Drs in uk said was not possible. I am still swollen and bruised but I can already see the results and I am absolutely thrilled to bits. I will definitely return for any future surgeries.

From the moment I contacted Longevita I was happy with my choice. I got quick replies, the reservations/advice team eg Seyda, Tugçe, Emre were helpful. my itinerary was clear and everything was explained to me or asked if I had any Q’s. I was a bit nervous on arrival but I was impressed with the swanky private transfers, kind drivers and my hotel was lovely, I instantly felt welcome and calm. my patient coordinator Zuhal who accompanied and translated (also Gizem and Mert) were all great and sweet. Hospital was top notch and I was well looked after by the hardworking nurses and healthcare staff. My surgeon Prof. Dr. Fuat Yuksel is very professional and gentle, he puts your mind at ease. He did an amazing job on my Septorhinoplasty and I can’t wait for the final results. Not to mention spending time in the most beautiful city of Istanbul!! This was overall an amazing experience despite the slog of surgery haha and I’m very glad I bit the bullet 🥰 thankyou

I had the transplant in mid February this year , its now 26/10/23 and i get daily compliments on how thick my hair looks. Im so pleased with the result. i'll be using them again . Shout out to Dogukan, who was really nice and the whole team

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I travelled alone and ft looked after the whole time. Gizem was so helpful and my surgeon fuat yuksel is amazing. So happy with my results. Would highly recommend.

Horrible company. I first engaged with Longevita on Monday 16th October, having received a quotation for treatment plan via email & then a quick phone call on the same day which they call a ‘consultation’. It’s not a consultation at all - the people at the end of the line are simply a bookings team & know nothing about the procedure itself, so can’t answer questions. Having told them that I’d been referred to them by someone who had undergone a procedure with them, they took the plaudits & failed to make clear that they themselves are not the service provider, and instead a middle man who will book you in with a surgeon/clinic whom you’ve been able to conduct no research whatsoever, let alone speak to. After my ‘consultation’ phone call, I was hurried into paying the deposit & within an hour of my call, whilst busy running my own business, they were messaging me hurrying me to make the payment to avoid losing the booking slot - so I did. At no point had they made me aware of their terms and conditions, so I simply saw this as a holding deposit of sorts. The next day I received their terms and conditions which I was requested to sign, at which point I saw numerous clauses which meant I would never go ahead with this company. Firstly they remove all liability for themselves, as they’re not the service provider, just a middle man. Secondly, they install a clause to ensure nonnegative reviews from customers, with a £5000 penalty for anyone who has mouths the company online or otherwise. Massive red flags. Within 24 hours of being rushed to make the deposit, I contacted them to ask for my deposit back, since they’d effectively breached their own agenda terms by not clearly providing me with the terms and conditions before paying the deposit. They refused my request, which seems utterly ridiculous given that no time/costs would've been incurred within the 24 hour period. I’ll now open a HM tribunal & courts case to get my deposit back from what seems to be a scam artist, meat factory like, business.

Perfect experience from the very start to arriving back home. Communication was excellent, perfect planning and every appointment was on time with very caring and informative professionals. My coordinator Gizem she was fabulous, the cherry on the cake! 😘
