I will keep this short and sweet The whole process was great, from having someone who always responded on WhatsApp and being able to pay bank transfer in pounds and not having to pay there and pay extra fees, from the pick ups to the drops off, to the patient coordinator who was always on hand to help me with translating. I would highly recommend I can’t wait to see the journey of what’s going to happen, the aftercare team are very helpful and help with any questions or queries

Highly recommend longevita for breast augmentation. I was really worried about travelling abroad for surgery, but the whole process was seamless and level of service fantastic! The moment I landed I was in the care of my patient coordinator ‘Zahul’. She was AMAZING - she came to all my appointments, kept me reassured and calm, and was on hand 24/7 to answer any questions before, during & after the surgery… she was the best (request her if you can). The surgeon DR Jacob Duman was also brilliant, very professional and confident in providing recommendations for what would ensure my desired results & suit my frame. The consultation with the surgeon was shorter than expected, but just make sure your prepared (questions & images of results at hand to show). The nurses who looked after me in the hospital were honestly 5 stars …the level of care is incomparable to the UK. Highly Highly Recommend. I’m only 10 days post surgery so unable to comment on final results but so far very happy with shape of breasts and how my scar is healing (very neat may i add). Takes 3 months for final results.

Great staff, great aftercare, overall I'm happy with the results. I had one front only hair transplant procedure in January, now six months later the hair looks really good. I asked the doctor to lower the hairline, she agreed tk lower it a bit but I'm happy she insisted on a natural hairline. Recommended!

I had an FUE hair transplant. It was a very stress-free experience, I had an online consultation before paying. I was convinced and paid the deposit, over the next few days and I had calls and emails from their team to guide me through the process. I paid the balance and flew to Istanbul from London. The logistics were properly organised, they had their drivers on time for every pickup. I really liked that I didn't have to worry about moving around in Istanbul. Special thanks to Zuhal, who was my patient coordinator. She was very friendly, professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. She walked me through the procedure process in detail and answered all my questions. The procedure went well and all the staff ensured I was comfortable throughout. I was given aftercare instructions and came back the day after for a clean-up. I'm excited to see what the results would look like in a few months.

Recommend by a friend! Booked DHI, PRP and Intracity Travel. Decided to book a consultation via WhatsApp and completed the medical questionnaire and sent over photos. Based on that consult I was offered DHI between 3000 and 3500 grafts. The process was very easy and stress free, the only thing I had todo was book flights and confirm dates. Which was all done easy on WhatsApp and via email. A week before my arrival in Istanbul I was called and given a detailed explanation of what to expect on the 2 days. I was further sent a number of emails with a detailed itinerary and list. I was further given the details of my patient consultant who was Zuhal İçer. On arrival in Istanbul my flight was delayed by an hour and the Airport Transfer member remained outside the Airport for me to ensure I was onboard my Private Airport Transfer without delay. He was fantastic and made me feel very welcome, great first impressions. The hotel was the Holiday Inn Express, which was also pretty central and near the hospital. It was clean and staff appeared very helpful. On the morning of my surgery my patient consultant Zuhal İçer updated me with times and when my intracity transfer would collect me from my hotel and take me to the hospital, all stress free and very easy. Would recommend paying that little bit extra for this service. I was collected and conveyed to the hospital, that’s when I met Zuhal İçer who was amazing, she made me feel right at ease and helped me throughout the process. The hospital was clean and very modern. The medical team and doctor also very professional and friendly. Further consult and blood tests before the procedure itself, it was pain free and went by very quickly, with the team looking after me throughout. I was thereafter given food and my intracity driver was contacted on my behalf. I was thereafter conveyed back to my hotel to return the following morning for my check up before departure. My entire trip was really stress free, no hassle having to organise transport or get to the hospital thanks to the Intracity travel and airport transfers. I was given a detailed after care instruction with videos, handouts and medications. All I can hope for is a successful transplant result in the coming 12 months. I would just like to thank everybody involved in making my trip really stress free and easy as a solo traveler. Thank you.

Hi i came from Sweden to turkey Istanbul to have septorihnoplasty, I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so welcome, took good care of me. Whenever I had any questions they answered right away they helped me a lot. I’m so happy I choose longevita and gizem who’s been assisting me with everything, I’m so happy that I had her as coordinator, she did everything amazingly and send me the appointment on time, and her college baris who I had for one day was also really good helping me with medical procedures, they even helped to find shops and get taxi. And the 5 star hotel that they got for us was amazing with comfortable beds, pool, room service, tv, and air conditioning.
