The website came up in search results for a particular book I was looking for for a bookclub. So I signed up for a free 30 day trial and stupidly gave my bank details. Tried to buy the book and found they don't have it - their listings are a lie, it was a broken link to an audible listing. Next morning I tried to cancel my account as they didn't have the book I wanted AND their listings appeared to be all lies. There's no way to cancel the account on the website so I emailed in and got an auto reply saying they were busy etc. Called my bank who said the company had attempted to take 85p from my account - I had signed up for a free trial with no mention of taking anything before the end of the trial. We have now blocked the company. Clearly a scam.

WOW! They have all the titles I need for college classes and for 19.99 that's a good thing!

Easy 'no frills' sign-up. none of this multi-paragraph fine print rubbish that you get with most sign=ups these days.

Please stray far away from this website if you don’t want to be scammed. There is no easy way to cancel your subscription to this site, as there is no button on their site to do such a thing. I had to get the link to cancel my subscription on another site because their customer support email is automated AI garbage that doesn’t respond.

Easy to atart up and no money down so now come back to me after 30 days and then we will see!!!!

I am sure they do what they say, but these are all books with no copyright, like David Copperfield. Most public libraries give you the same non copyright files for free, there is also a lot of e-pub ebook by aspiring authors. So big surprise you get what you pay for. Another unethical thing is the glowing reviews from people with one review, clearly fake.
