Scammers. I can't find out how to cancel my membership! They charged me for one month, but now I don't know how to prevent them from charging more, except to cancel my credit card.

This is a horrible app I could not find any books I needed. If you are trying to get a refund for not using the service you can not talk to a supervisor to plead your case. They are not professional it is a highway robbery company. I talk to 3 representatives to try to plead my case the last one told me they was going to ask for a credit. I never received it. Do not use this app I am warning you.

After not finding the book I wanted I cancelled my account the same day by emailing them as there was nowhere to do this on the site. Got an automated response. Four months later they are still charging me a monthly membership and are refusing to refund it despite acknowledging receiving my request to cancel. I have not used any of their service so I would call this blatant theft!
