Freeway Insurance is a scam!!! They claim you get the best prices...until you actually need to use your insurance. Then there is a mysterious mistake that makes you not covered. Their agent made a mistake on my policy and removed coverage without me requesting it. I was never notified or authorized the changes. It wasn't until I got in a car accident and need to use my insurance that I was informed that I did not have the coverage. They admitted that they c an see where the mistake was made by their agent but refuse to do anything to correct it. I should've had full coverage on my vehicle and now I am being told i need to pay $14,000 + for repairs on my vehicle that should've been covered. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! They do not care about their customers. they will take your money until you realize they are scamming you. UPDATE I called the number provided in the reply to my review and was told that they cannot help because I do not have proof that I did not request the change. But they also do not have proof that I did. Why would I have proof of a request that I did not make??? They said only some calls are recorded and they do not know if mine was, and they are not willing to check. Probably because I am right. Every time I ask to speak to a manager, I am told that I am speaking to the last person in line to contact. Are there no managers?? No CEOs??? No Owners?? NO ONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES???? They have admitted that it was their agents mistake but they are unwilling to help correct it!!! They told me they were sending an "Agent Error Letter, " they later told me that they did send it, and it wasn't accepted. Now they are telling me that they never sent it. The run around is crazy and everyone I have spoken to has told me they can see where the error was made. They simply replied to my review to attempt to look like they care about resolving the issue. They do not!!! I warn anyone reading this again...DO NOT TRUST FREEWAY INSURANCE!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVOID PAYING OUT WHEN YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO USE YOUR INSURANCE!!!
