I waited until the very last min of the last day to handle my business 😔 but Ms. Ada saved me!!! 10/10 highly recommend! She was kind patient and super thorough! There was a mistake from when I renewed last time with my address and she went in and had to fix each vehicle and then she went even more above and called customer service on my behalf and made sure it was completely fixed in the system. I’ve never had bad service with Freeway but also I’ve never had service as good as MS. ADA provided today. Thank you ADA ❤️
