Hands down best experience! I had agent Danielle, she was awesome and so kind! walked me through my whole policy made sure I understood everything, even did a follow up call later on to make sure everything was in order ! Wonderful company but even better employees!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at the Downy location. One of the employees was extremely rude to me. She refused to answer my question. She didn't seem to know how to speak to customers and if your employees are in a hurry to leave their job, they shouldn't be put in front of the telephone to answer calls. It's important to teach them how to talk to customers. I wish I could give zero stars for the service I received.
