For three days in a row I’m trying to contact this insurance company. I am THEIR CUSTOMER and I cannot reach them. They never answer the phone!!! I’m waiting an hour or more for somebody to pick up the phone!! Doesn’t matter what time of the day is, they never answer the phone. Very disappointed !

They suck!!! Its been almost 2 months and I’m still waiting on them to send a check to get my daughters car fixed… it’s crazy how they demand you to pay ur insurance payment on time but when it comes down to business you hear crickets…. I’ve left messages only for no one to call back….. this company is joke AVOID by all cost
