They gave me a good price much cheaper than I expected

This company is helpful when looking for affordable insurance. The thing that is frustrating is trying to get issues resolved. For example today I was calling to cancel the insurance due to selling my car and the first phone call I made to them the woman I wasn't able to hear because someone in the background was speaking very loudly and when I told her about it I immediately got disconnected. The second time around I got a woman that asked me for my phone number to look up my policy, I clearly told her I had Freeway and a second company both listed on my policy she replied "No" then she asked for a policy number and I gave it to her, and again I got hung up on! It was very frustrating to get an attitude from her and get disconnected once again. Finally on my third attempt I got through to Christopher from the San Angelo office, immediately he asked how I was, and he asked for the actual policy number respectfully. He understood exactly what I needed confirmed that I had called the right company to cancel the insurance. He took care of my problem within minutes. If not for my first two disappointing phone calls I would have left a 5 star review. So it's a hit or miss getting connected to someone here who treats you professionally and helps you with your needs efficiently.
