Horrible! Ok at setting up towing. Went to make a 6 month payment. And ended up with a month of towing and a month of insurance . I got called later by my insurance sauing i didnt have insurance. Well.....i tried calling several times and texted ect. Still havnt heard anything and its been a month. Do not go through these people. Go dirrect to the insurance company your with. I will not go there again. Rick

My experience was great only because of Joshua, who was like a gift from heaven. Unlike the other reps to whom I had attempted to speak and whom I had finally reached after having been shuffled around from dept. to dept., Joshua did not shout out "hello?" and then bang the phone down while neglecting to ask me if I could wait on hold or explaining what he would be doing in the time I waited on the phone for someone to listen to my not unprecedented problem: I wanted to make a change to the insurance policy. Instead, Joshua answered enthusiastically and spoke with me the entire time he was processing my request. He was so personable and professional and so efficient! He completed the policy change and emailed me the revised forms in much less time than it had taken me to finally reach a rep of his caliber. Joshua should be in charge of training of the staff.

What made my getting car insurance cheaper great was Sabrina. She gave excellent customer service. I keep giving her the wrong information but she was very pleasant and supportive. She checked back with me the next day to make sure everything was good with my policy. All customer service representatives should be like Sabrina. GIVE HER A RAISE!She deserves it.
