Everything was efficient and very quick! I also went into the Birmingham clinic and the phlebotomist was so nice, patient and caring. Put everything at ease. Definitely would recommend 😊

Can't find any fault

Can't find any fault. The website is easy to navigate. Buying the test and booking an appointment with the phlebotomist was quick and hassle free. Debra at the Liverpool location did an amazing job at making sure we were comfortable and the sample taking was painless and quick, even with my difficult veins. The results came in very quickly and the account dashboard gives easy to understand explanations for every biomarker tested. Private GP consultations are available to discuss results if needed. Overall a very good experience. Would book my blood tests again with them.

Great kit and great service

Received the kit quickly after ordering. Had to wait until Monday to take blood to ensure sample received back in 24 hours. Taking the blood wasn’t as easy as hoped as the pin pricks didn’t give lots of blood but fortunately enough from 2 fingers. Bruising of finger tips lasted about a week! Results received the day following receipt of sample and pleased to see that my Hba1c had dropped with my new eating regime, the reason for taking the test. Unfortunately, there is no Phlebotomist within 100 miles so I had to take the sample myself.

No PPE worn, hands not washed and dirty towel on bed used from previous patient

The Phlebotomist was lovely however after filling in the forms, I didn't see the phlebotomist wash her hands and during this time she was setting up from the last client leaving, there also was no wipeable bed or couch roll or anything. Just a towel on the bed that the patient previous had also sat on which shocked me considering the room is used to take blood. Then after touching various things like a sharps bin, laptop, pen and clip board, without washing her hands she then was about to take my blood. I looked away so I didn't see and then when I looked round I noticed the lady was only wearing one glove and had taken my bloods without proper PPE on which shocked me. Overall I have left feeling a little concerned about the hygiene and cross contamination at this location. I paid £170 for a private service and I'm very disappointed.
