The nurse that took my blood was really nice and she was super quick. I received my blood test the next day straight away. I definitely recommend one day test and I will be using this clinic again if I need any further blood test.

Spent hundreds of pounds at this company, first of all my GP couldn't read/interpret a lot of the results then after logging into my account i see that all my previous test results had randomly changed overnight. Everything it was stating it was before; too high, too low, normal, etc etc was now completely different or the complete opposite! This was apparently due to reference ranges changes, however the changes were so drastic that it's just absolutely nonsensical. How can something be off the chart too high, now its too low!? If you are medicated for something showing as being too high/low that now shows the complete opposite is this not dangerous? Which result is accurate the first test result or the seemingly completely opposite second one? How can you go by these results if they keep changing? What's the point of them if they just keep changing? These are just some of the questions I put this company when trying to get an explanation and refund for all my hundreds of wasted pounds and not only am I being refused a refund but they couldn't give any answers or explanations to my questions/queries outside of just telling me its reference ranges. Just be aware of all of this before using this company as I feel it is an absolute waste of time, energy and money and has left me mentally feeling distressed from the whole experience. Ive explained this to them and how unsatisfied I am as a paying customer but obviously they do not care about this either. Just bare this in mind if you use this company.

I had a question after my results were delivered and got a quick, friendly and helpful response to my query. Also, I have done fingerprick test kits before but could not get enough blood this time—despite that I followed the instructions to return whatever I could get, fully expecting to have to redo the whole thing. So I was delighted that I had followed those I instructions as it WAS enough and due to it being a test day for that particular bio marker when my kit arrived, I had my results very quickly, which was a relief tbh.

Very efficient service and a friendly nurse, My results came back same day despite not having the blood test sample taken until 12.45pm. Will definitely use again.

Very happy with this service. Place is clean and welcoming. I was about 5/10 min late and they just asked me to wait until the nurse was available (which was only for 5 min). The nurse Lily is very nice. She put me at ease and answered all my queries. Received the results on the same day (during the night). Would defo recommend.

Very quick results and nice staff at the clinic. One concern which is that I didn’t read the small print on the website regarding the ANA test (my bad) and it only gives positive or negative not titre. Titre is really the important information from an ANA test - a titre of 1:80 would be positive but isn’t really diagnostic or of concern. I was having the test to check whether a previous high titre (1-1280) was a blip so the results being positive without a titre weren’t really of any use to me
