Nice staff, clean friendly and professional. However after paying over £200 for tests and the results to be “boarder line” with an ambiguous description and then them wanting you to pay an extra £85 for 15mins with a GP online. so unless you pay it you are left feeling just as anxious as you were before the results so that was a bit cheeky but apart from that service was 10/10.

I found booking the test very straight forward, had the results back within 2 days. Details of the bloods and explaining the results. I would recommend this service.

Easy to book, and the phlebotonist was great, got the blood first time (and that isn't my normal experience!). Results came back in a timely fashion, even with Christmas intervening. Many thanks, will definitely use you again.

The service was easy to book, premises easy to find and the phlebotomist/nurse was professional and kind. All my results came back on the same day and I found the graphs and written information easy to follow. All in all, very impressed.

Very quick results

The best private lab in London, without a doubt. I have used several of their clinics, and the phlebotomists are always kind and professional. Every time they take my blood, they are so gentle that I can barely feel anything. My favorite branch is the Guildford one, as it’s the closest to me, with a big car park nearby. Most importantly, the phlebotomist there, Magdalena, is the kindest person I’ve ever met in any medical facility. I always have a lovely chat with her, and she is exceptionally professional. She performs her job so well that I feel completely at ease, even though I’m usually needle-phobic. Thank you to the whole One Day Tests team for your consistently excellent service. The only thing I’d love to see is even more biomarkers to choose from—I hope you’ll keep expanding your already impressive list!
