Prompt, same day results, well presented.

My blood sample was taken at 10am on the 18th December in the Hove office by a very pleasant and reassuring staff member who said that the sample would be sent to the laboratory in Crawley for analysis. A first email at 3.05pm that same day announced that the sample had arrived at the lab. Again, that same day, the 18th, between 3.38 pm and 5.29 pm I received five more emails containing the results of the more than 60 tests I had ordered. Each result was presented along with the expected range for the blood test, with results outside the range being highlighted. A very impressive experience.

Excellence in every way. The premises in Crawley and neat and clean and the phlebotomist has been friendly and super competent every time we have visited. Literally painless experience and the results come quickly by email or can be seen on the well laid out dashboard.

Excellent service, the test arrived in the post on Thursday but I left the test until the following Monday as advised, I had the results on Tuesday. Can't ask for more than that

Rude and obnoxious customer service when the test gives a known false negative result

Waste of money and a scam I have been seriously ill since June this year. OneDayTests said they can perform a blood test to detect antibodies which are detectable two weeks after an infection. (And past infections) I test positive to H Pylori in April and July this year. The symptoms (vomiting) started again in August and were so bad, I took this test in November. The test gave a false negative (because I have previously had the infection and therefore would have the antibodies). The NHS performed a different test within a day or so of the blood test. This came back positive. I have approached one day tests to ask for a refund. They are rude and insist the infection was caught between my blood test and the two days seeing my GP - despite being ill since June I have sent one day results evidence that the infection existed many weeks before I took their test. Now they don’t reply to messages or refund my money. Such an arrogant response to a past post I thought I’d post in greater detail. Their antibody blood test gave a false negative. FACT. Be careful with the types of blood tests ordered. And don’t expect any reasoned or empathic response if you do say something went wrong. I have now received a refund from my credit card company after stating we are going to court under the goods of sales act - and this test/service did not perform as described.
