Every member of staff that I communicated with was polite and professional. The doctor Who took my blood was wonderful and explained everything to me along with painlessly executing the blood draw. It took three days for all of my blood results to come back which was extremely fast and the way they are presented on the dashboard they give you access to is impressive. 10/10

Ordered a testosterone test for my wife going through menopause, came back that she was in the very high levels, this did not seem right. Went to a specialist clinic in Chester, Newsome Health and had the test professionally done, turns out she was extremely low level. I would not trust One Day Tests, do not waste your money on this company!!!!

The service is amazing. I messed up the first finger prick test and they were happy to send me a replacement. I then posted a completed test back to them one morning and received the results the following afternoon. Superb.
