Test results are really quick and the service is great. I messed up my first test as I was unable to get enough blood out but they sent out another without quibble. I found the best way to get a good flow of blood for the vial is to lance your finger tip but then wring your palms together as squeezing the finger tips breaks the blood cells.

Well what can I say! What a breath of fresh air! I decided to opt for a private blood test due to long waiting lists on the NHS and I was greeted by Magdalena - an incredibly friendly, pleasant member of staff. I normally have issues with people finding my veins - but not Magdalena! She got the job done in under a minute, with a smile and then took me through what to expect with the results and how to interpret. Wonderful. Couldn’t recommend more.
