The lady that did my blood sample at the London Victoria clinic was very very nice and kind. I think its the first time I have a blood sample taken that doesn't hurt. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got my blood tests results very quickly. Would definitely recommend that place and would go back if needed again.

The lady taking the blood in Guildford was friendly and re-assuring and gave us water to drink before the tests. She was great at taking blood - we didn't feel a thing. The results came quickly, all within 24 hours. We really loved the online health dashboard which explains what each results means. The venue was lovely and easy to find. We had booked my daughters tests and slot online the night before, and then I decided to do the same tests for me on the day as a walk-in. We were not offered the 20% referral discount and only found out about it afterwards, and wish we had known this at the time because it would have saved £50. There were 2 slight negatives. 1. The results are spread across multiple PDF's (5 PDFs in each of our cases) instead of being on one single PDF. This is makes it difficult to share with your GP. It would be nice if the company could offer a single PDF at the end, that amalgamates all the results. 2. We added one additional test on the day to my daughter's test, but discovered (afterwards) that by doing so rather than booking them all in one go online, one more blood vial needed to be taken which would have been avoided if all tests had been booked at the same time. If we had known, we would have booked all the tests in one go online when making the booking, instead of adding them on the day. Apart from that it was great to have the opportunity to be pro-active about our health rather than to try to get a GP appointment. We discovered that my daughter had critically low iron levels, and that I had far too high cholesterol, both of which we were unaware of. This is a great company, offering a great service. Highly recommended.

All round great experience. Test booked in with ease. Blood test done with ease. Got most of the results the same day. Very impressed by the turnaround.
