We are really happy with Huddle’s customer care service especially after a really bad experience with other bills package. They solved our quesries very patiently and were very kind enough to understand our problem and helped us in all ways possible.

Was easy to sign up

Was easy enough to sign up, but initially when we spoke to someone on the phone it sounded as if they were trying to sell us a package and not that we were already with Huddle so was a bit confusing. But after speaking to a Huddle rep face to face they made it a lot easier to understand what the next steps were with setting up our account

Liars with fake guarantees

AVOID!! Website, T&C's, contract and Google listing all state the prices are 'guaranteed' to be fixed for the duration of the tenancy. 5 months in and huddle have just increased the bill from £88 to £160 with no reasoning or justification, when we are using significantly less than this. Promised twice that they would deal with our complaint within 24 hours and now been 3 days with no updates. We're now forced to try to find an alternative provider at a time when many aren't taking customers, causing us significant financial and emotional stress

Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could. Put our bill up over 50% even though the prices are meant to be guaranteed. Have also randomly emailed me stating we owe an over £100 one-off payment with no reference what so ever as to why. Very poor, do not recommend. Avoid at all costs

Avoid! Don't trust the 'guarantees'!

'Guaranteed' price for tenancy of 12 months, now 5 months in and they have doubled our price which was already much more than we were using. Advertised as guaranteed not to be effected by price rises. Customer service had no idea when I called, feel sorry for all the calls they will get today! Avoid at all costs!
