No internet for 3 weeks
It has been two and a half weeks since our contract started, and we still don't have internet. They say they will be able to tell when they are going to install it by the end of the third week. Edit: They were quick to contact me after this review amd sent a 4G wifi module. After another week of waiting, the wired router arrived. I do not understand why sending a router takes 3 weeks. They said it's because "an engineer visit is required at your property", which was clearly not the case, because in the end, we received a router that just needed to be plugged in.

Don’t go with huddle
Don’t go with huddle, it’s worth the extra hassle to just sort all your bills separately. Trying to get a hold of anyone over email is a nightmare, the graphs are inconsistently incorrect yet are never rectified despite emailing multiple times (unless the energy allowance is EXTREMELY low for a 4 bed property which I doubt). Billed extra at the end and also charged for a full months bills AFTER I had confirmed multiple times over email that the contract was ending (the girl on the phone was great in sorting this issue but the company on a whole is a joke, AVOID!)
