Huddle good Plusnet eh

Huddle has been very good for me and my housemates to split our bills without having to think about it every month. They even pay you the difference between what you pay for and what you use at the end of the year. The only slight drawback is that the wifi they set up through Plusnet has been slow and unreliable.

A student housing issue -USW

Had multiple issues with the company through out the year: consistently voiding bills, delayed responses to requests and limited usage warnings.. they allowed us to somehow consume twice the annual gas for a household sometime within a 6 month window with no warning. Overall the company left me dissatisfied with this year but as most people do, we are remaining with them for simplicitys sake. Surely it'll improve... We were entered into a deemed contract for the property of the back of an old account that was left opened by our housing agency for 2019/2020 and even though a remedy was given in the lower tariff options, we were being billed on a business tariff and due to contract delays from our housing company and correspondance from huddle coming 2-3 months after our contract start date via post. As to which they asked us to join their service instead of informing us of the open contract with the bill. Once we signed there are now conflicting issues in the accounts and we are being chased for not providing meter readings during a pandemic when we didnt even know huddle had existed and who to send them too. We are unable to even know this bill could be occuring and the previous account was ended on an estimated reading between huddle and our bills inclusive housing company. This grey area has caused me as a customer great discomfort and tainted my view of the company. They have been generous in return by changing the contract type but it would be hard to bill a residential household on a business tariff... I appreciate the response from huddle but context is key and in this case we as tenants have drawn the short straw. All the tenants in the house now have a large bill to pay at the end of our contract to resolve this issue after months of inaccuracys and results from 2019 being used to generate averages and the eternal battle to change the average usage graphs.

Good service

It was relatively straightforward to set up the account for my uni house and we are pleased to have chosen Huddle. Each housemate has a standing order to pay their monthly instalment, which makes it very simple without the need to divide the cost of bills between us each month.
