Been trying to get my product shipped to me for 4 months now. Empty promises by the support weekly and then followed by me just getting completely ignored and forgotten again. In all seriousness I dont know who they got working in the support but If you have a problem ur basically fcked becouse the support aint supporting. EDIT: They have now sent me a new tracking number, a 20% discount code. Truly apoligized in the right way. So taking away the waiting i had to do. They did everything correctly in the end.

Good packing and quality product. Really give the hair bloodflow. And the moonroller is good. Fast shipping and good service communication.

Totally ignores you when you regret your purchase and want to return the product

Jeg havde i 2 omgange prøvet at returnere, hvor første gang lykkedes, intet problem. Anden gang jeg prøvede at returnere, opstod der en misforståelse. Dog har jeg fået venlig og hurtig hjælp fra deres support, og mine vare bliver refunderet (tak for hjælpen Sarah) Deres produkter fungerede desværre ikke for mig, men jeg har ikke mistet noget ved at give det en chance.

I have started but i havent seen big differens but its not that bad either

After ordering the 150-day package I only received one activator flask, while I should have gotten two. I contacted CPH Grooming by e-mail and quickly got a response saying they would send me the remaining flask. When I got the package they had sent me two extra flasks, ánd another skin serum as an apology. Very classy. Too early to say anything about the product itself, but the company is legit imo.
