Købte deres skægvækst kit til 150 dages forsyning med en "garanti", hvis ikke man så resultater efter minimum 150 dages brug af deres produkter. Da jeg så vil gøre brug af "garantien", lever jeg ikke op til kravene, da jeg ikke havde gemt alt den gamle indpakning på produkterne i løbet af de 150 dage. Jeg havde ellers gjort alt andet, som jeg var blevet informeret om da jeg valgte at prøve deres produkter, men var ikke på noget tidspunkt blevet præsenteret for denne information under købsprocessen. Da jeg så skriver med kundeservice, er de godt klar over at det er "nemt at overse", men længere fremme i diskussionen/samtalen mener de at det "meget tydeligt". Derefter lukkede de chatten, så jeg ikke kunne modstride deres opfattelse igen. Deres snu omgang med betingelserne omkring garantien og deres evindelige karrusel af tilbud, hvor alle deres produkter skiftes til at være markant nedsatte, vidner om integriteten bag deres forretningsmetoder. Kommer aldrig til at ligge en krone hos dem igen, og vil råde andre til at genoverveje at købe deres skæg/hår vækst produkter, som absolut er for gode til at være sande. Specielt når garantien er ophængt på et meget tyndt grundlag. Derudover oplyser de heller ikke om ingredienserne på emballagen, hvilket er i strid med loven.

I recently purchased a 250-day hair growth kit from Copenhagen Grooming, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After eagerly awaiting the arrival of my product, I received an unexpected email from Royal Mail stating that my courier was on hold due to additional customs fees totaling £60. This unexpected charge was not disclosed during the purchase process and came as a shock. Upon reaching out to Copenhagen Grooming's customer service for assistance, I was met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. After finally getting a response, I was directed to their terms and conditions page, where buried within the fine print was a mention of potential additional import fees for shipments to the UK. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, as most customers, myself included, do not have the time nor inclination to comb through lengthy terms and conditions documents. Adding insult to injury, I discovered that the identical product I purchased just a week ago was now being offered at a 50% discount. This discrepancy only added to my frustration, especially considering the unexpected customs fees I was now being asked to pay. Despite my repeated requests for a refund and cancellation of my order, Copenhagen Grooming's customer service team has been unresponsive and uncooperative. Their suggestion to pay the customs fees, receive the product, and then incur additional costs to return it is ludicrous and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge potential customers to beware of Copenhagen Grooming's lack of transparency and poor customer service practices. As of now, my order remains unresolved, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience. Unfortunately, the chat was abruptly cancelled multiple times, leaving my concerns unresolved. As a follow-up to my previous correspondence, I would like to kindly request your assistance in two matters: Could you please check with Royal Mail to ascertain if a redelivery attempt is possible for my order? If so, I would greatly appreciate your efforts in facilitating this process and ensuring that any additional fees incurred are refunded, as promised. This gesture would not only alleviate my concerns but also contribute to a positive update to my review. Alternatively, if a redelivery is not feasible, I kindly request that you initiate a full refund for my order without delay. Given the circumstances, waiting for the parcel to physically return to your office before processing the refund seems impractical.
