This is the most uncomfortable sofa

Do not buy from this company!!! This is the most uncomfortable sofa. I have back ache for days. When I try to return they increase the pick up price to over £300, when my paperwork says £150. Awful experience They replied to this totally ignoring the fact that the paperwork I have states £150. Customer service is atrocious.

Amazing!!!

Amazing! I ordered a sofa bed and they delivered it and built it exactly where I wanted it, they even showed me how it worked and made sure not to damage anything. They handled everything with care and installed it so fast, thanks again!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! The Online chat is useless, they have been picked up the phone once from the 20xphone calls. They replaced my sofa twice but every time I got a faulty or broken. 3rd time I got a ripped material what it wasn't noticed on delivery! I did let them know by online chat after 2 days, when I noticed the hiden issue! They said because I didn't noticed on delivery they can't help me. It was still under warranty but they didn't help me at all after that. I PAID £900 and maybe I can use the sofa few months only? Try to contact many times by email, phone and letter by post but no answer. For my prove I still have all the screenshots about chats and how many times I tryed to called them. Very upset customer.

Do Not use Sofa Bargain. Poor quality second rate products.

I ordered a new sofa through Sofa bargain, but despite having the cash to pay in full straight away, I decided to use the pay in 3 instalments Klarna option. Within 10 days of my new sofa being delivered, the stitching started coming undone. Sofa bargain sent someone round to inspect the sofa and he advised that it was a manufacturing fault and wasn’t repairable. After months of me emailing them to see what they were going to do about it, and getting nowhere. I decided to approach Klarna to advise them of the issue. They told me that they had to wait 28 days from the date I contacted them, before they could act on my behalf. A month later Klarna must have contacted Soda bargain as I started getting emails from them offering to replace the sofa like for like. After explaining to them that I didn’t want the same sofa (for obvious reasons) they told me that was the only option, they wouldn’t exchange it for an alternative sofa, nor would they offer a refund. A couple more weeks went by and Sofa Bargain started contacting me again and agreed to exchange for an alternative sofa (for which I would have to pay the difference) but they wouldn’t do anything unless I withdrew the complaint I had made through Klarna. A few days later Klarna gave me a full refund of the price I paid :) and a couple of weeks later Sofa Bargain sent a van to collect the faulty sofa. Moral of the story, even if you have the cash to pay in full, go through Klarna, as they will fight the supplier on your behalf if you have any issues with faulty or damaged goods. Just read the response from Sofa Bargain :) it wasn’t me that was trying to avoid dealing with the issue. I only raised the issue with Klarna after 2 months of being ignored or fobbed off by Sofa bargain. Sofa bargain did nothing until I got Klarna involved. It was Klarna that offered me a full refund, while Sofa Bargain were still trying to get me to cancel my complaint with Klarna.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BE AWARE!!!

I ordered a corner sofa bed, but because it was not on stock, I had to pre-order and wait 2-5 weeks for it. My ordere went thru, I paid for the sofa and after 1 week they emailed me regarding to the sofa model what I chose. they couldn't proceed and they suggested me for a change. I was happy to change for a different model which was with £100 more expensive, but they asked me to pay for the differene, which is not fair in my opinion. They should inform me next if they can't proceed my order, not after 1 week. I asked for a refund asap, but they told me will take 7-14 day to get the refund. Poor customer service as well. BAD EXPERIENCE!!! you are asked to pay for your purchase straight away, but if you request for a refund, you have to wait weeks for a refund.(for your money)

No customer service professionals or unexistent

Hi, made the purchase for a corner sofa and an unexpected event accure in my life and had to change my mind and contact them to cancel in just no more than a week since the purchase. Customer service is poor or non existent. I am still waiting for my refund since last month when they confirmed they canceled the order and refund is with finance team. Than I chase them up again and again..eventually someone decided to say that 30% will be deducted as its a pre order. I do understand all but due their lack of clear communication and customer service professionals I am now in a situation where they have my 700£ and i got nothing still. I emailed them again and still no.response. there is not even q telephone number to call and discuss . Bit of an poor management of this company.
