Awful company

Awful company. Ordered £70 valentines chocolates that turned up as a chocolate tombola as so poorly packaged. The chocolates were in a dirty box and ruined. I tried to complain but the arrogant “luxury” brand ignored me. Buy Cadbury’s!!!

The chocolates I ordered didn’t arrive at their destination so I contacted Rococo. I received a reply explaining that the problem was with the delivery company. Rococo then sent a larger box of chocolates as an apology. The recipient is very happy so thank you Rococo.

I couldn't use the payment system from USA

I couldn't use the payment system from US because of postcode and card. I used the bot which didn't get me anywhere and then emailed customer service - they responded but it took some prodding. I was hoping I could have ordered more simply by phone. As there was a lapse and just before I received the service's reponse with an invoice link for an order - I was able to complete the transaction online myself and order delivery. Superb from there on, with swift delivery and of course a beautiful product.
