Wonderful chocolates. Absolute treat.

We live in France and wanted to send some Rococo chocolates as a Christmas present to friends in the UK. Rococo staff could not have been more helpful in providing help and advice about the whole range of product and ensuring they were delivered on time. Our friends were most appreciative. Half the chocolates were broken.

I ordered a box a chocolates and paid for a Royal Mail 24hour delivery service. Parcel was not dispatched to Royal mail until nearly a week later.

Only received part of the order before Christmas. As of taday 30/12/23 the main chocolates hv yet to arrive. Luckily I had also ordered from a differant company on the same day and they arrived in time for Christmas. So delivery cannot be used as an excuse.

Reduced range , no cracked white chocolate, feels like brand is fading
