The chocolates arrived scrunched up in a Jiffy bag , no protection or tissue paper, the cocoa on the scorched almonds was attached to the packaging , it looked rather scruffy and not £17 worth of chocolate. I have purchased this from you many times over the years but it was very disappointing this year .

The box looks beautiful but as they're a Christmas present the chocolates as yet haven't been tasted. My concern was with dpd. I understand fully, that drivers, are under a great deal of pressure, at this time of year. I was given a time slot but informed that they were running late. No problem, we were going out - but left details of a safe place to leave the package. Whilst out I received a message to say it had been delivered to the Co-op. It hadn't arrived. I then had another message to say it would be delivered to my address the following day. I then got yet another message to say they were now going to deliver to the Co-op 2/3 miles away.

Good quality products. Good ingredients and prompt service.
