Lovely products but terrible wrapping - too mcc shredded cardboard around each product. Very messy.

Excellent service!

We administered nine separate orders to different addresses, with individual messages to our clients to say thank you for their business, and not one message was sent. Therefore, our clients didn't know who had sent he gift. We would not have known about the mistake if a client hadn't phoned and asked if we had sent a gift. I notified the customer service team last week and I am still waiting for a response.

The chocolates were sent as a gift and delivered speedily. I have tried Rococo chocolates in the past myself and they are of great quality and highly delicious !

I Have not yet received my chocolates

EVRI (which still has the reputation of being the worst carrier) messed up the delivery. I contacted Rococo Customer Service by email and received no reply. EVRI eventually delivered so case closed but I received no help from you or EVRI throughout this case. I can see why you don't publish a phone number on your website.

We received a box of their sea salt thins and the majority of the chocolates were broken. I accept that the chocolates are thin but it was really disappointing.

I was introduced to your chocolate my psychoanalyst (in NY). He would give each patient a cup of coffee and one of the little discs…I forget what you call them.. and he and I both were somewhat distracted by just how fine and deep the experience of eating Rococo chocolate was. At times he would council me to eat the chocolate before it melted on the saucer next to the cup of hot coffee. I wanted to say , “are you even listening to me?!” 😂😂. To now be able to get anything from you shipped to US is a thrill. I often add one of your chocolate bars as a little extra gift for people. Everybody swoons.. just absolutely delicious…and beautifully packaged! I look forward to ordering more. Thank you!
