Everything was painless and polite

The chocolates were nice, the order was a gift and well enjoyed. Only problem was that the gift note I added in the order was not included so my recipient didn’t know who it was from.

Delivered on time and well packed

Despite multiple emails to customer service to cancel this order as the quantity was incorrect and I was unable to correct or cancel the order on your website, my requests were ignored. I also tried to contact the shipping company and stop delivery as well as contacting Fodabox, but all my attempts were unsuccessful and I am very disappointed in your service and would never use this website again due to lack of service. I expect to receive full refund for the two additional boxes delivered under order 202567 as you had enough time to correct this order.
