Excellent chocs delivered with amazing speed!

So upsetting seeing that the underneath of such a pretty box is basically dirty with marks all over it and expires on Xmas Day this year ! Shocked by Rococo ! So disappointing !

Exquisite chocolates, beautiful packaging and an outstanding delivery experience.

I waited in especially for my delivery and then got an email saying 'Sorry we missed you' and so had to walk a mile the next day in the rain to collect my parcel. The chocolates are OK but their delivery system stinks. I won't be ordering again...

The quality of the chocolate is a huge driver of experience. I have tasted A LOT of chocolate in my years, but Rococo is my favoriate chocolate in the world. I buy in quantity and meter it out over time.

Further to my review of Rococo chocolates, the response from the company is wholly inadequate. Yes, you do have a vegan range, but I bought the product for a vegetarian. Vegans do not eat any animal products, whereas vegetarians do not eat meat or fish, but do eat dairy products. You say the full list of ingredients is listed, but how many of your vegetarian customers know that E120 is extracted from cochineal insects? You need to be more transparent with respect to ingredients and simply say, SUITABLE OR NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS. This would make shopping a lot easier for vegetarians.
