The best chocolate shop in London. Everyone who works here are very helpful and extremely nice!!

I ordered an Easter egg but was sent the wrong one in error. I emailed them and they said to keep the egg and issued me with a gift voucher as well. Excellent customer service.

I ordered Easter Eggs which arrived very quickly and we're really well packed. The eggs were amazing, especially the rose & violet one and everyone loved them. Sadly, I did not buy one for myself - big mistake

I order the gulls egg’s every year for my husband for Easter…… he absolutely adores them. Such a treat. (And I’m lucky too as he shares them with me 😋) They are the best chocolate ever.

Sea salt milk chocolate thins arrived broken, few in the box and taste musty, very disappointed. I'm pleased that Rococo responded positively to this problem as I have enjoyed their goods and had no problems in the past.

The packaging of the products was beautiful, unfortunately this did not match the product within. Some of our order arrived melted, some had a bloom. The chocolates that did arrive intact were vastly overpriced for what they were. The bonbons and truffles lacked any real defining flavours and the ganaches were generally dense and cloying. The quality of the chocolate used in the bars seemed low for the price, greasy on the palette and lacking any real cocoa flavour. On the up side we used the most of our Rococo delivery to add to a catering gig we had on at the time. The chocolates were received very well with much cooing from all who attended.

You would think that an order containing an Easter egg that was ordered on March 31st would be delivered in time before Easter. Tomorrow is Easter Sunday and DPD haven't even received my package yet. If I had have known it would be delivered after Easter Monday as it will obviously be now, I might as well have ordered it on April 6th as I noticed on that date that it had gone down in price by 45%.

A disaster from beginning to end. How audacious to ask. A Are you not even aware of what happened?

It's fabulous, the best imaginable chocolates. Sometimes though the stick rundsa but low.
