Your chocolates were well received by my family and they thourghly enjoyed everyone!! Only issue I had when getting them delivered was on your site You did not have any greeting card ,where as in the previous year I had no issue.

The postage from The uk was a disaster, I’ve contacted customer service and got nowhere. Still not sure where the chocolates are.

I ordered a large amount of various chocolates as Christmas presents, but they arrived damaged due to poor packing. I contacted the customer service department and sent an image, and was promised replacements for the damaged items. No replacements were received. Very disappointed, as I was not able to give them as presents, as planned.

The chocolate has always been my number 1 favourite. It’s fresh and will buy again when I am in town

I had to get a delivery overnight to Somerset and called the Chelsea Shop. Nadine was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked stock, explained the delivery service and did everything she could to help me make this happen. Genuinely helpful. Amazing customer service skills. Thank you Nadine.

delivery was terrible....at least two weeks between ordering and delivery. Small chocolate bars at large expense....and p & p on top of that. never again!

Shipment was never received. o Ordered 11/25, shipment recorded as out for delivery 11/28, not received as of today at 1/22, request for support sent in 1/10 to customer service email and no response as of today 1/22
