Purchased many items from Rococo over time always excellent quality This time I’d organised a delivery to South Africa £100 plus £50 postage. Took a few days to turn it around and prepare - then nothing, I assumed item had been shipped but after 10 days I asked customer service for an update / tracking - no response - sent a chaser a day and half later and got a response shortly after to say that they were waiting for a contact number from me for the recipient in South Africa (I had no record of an email request) its now two and half weeks since I placed the order - I pointed out that the recipients phone number was on the electronic copy of the order I can see on line and that this seemed to be falling into the too hard to do category so I’d appreciate it if Rococo could cancel & credit the transaction. I received no response. A day later DPD mailed me a tracking number for the items I’d asked to be cancelled.

I ordered my chocolates on Dec 12, 2022 and my friend did not receive until Jan 10, 2022. The customer service was absolutely horrible. It’s so unfortunate because this is and has been my favorite chocolate for 25 years. I will continue to purchase when I’m in London but would never attempt shipping it again.

Hi, I’ve been meaning to send a picture of the 5 boxes of chocolate wafers I ordered for Christmas giving. It’s a good thing I opened first as in each box all wafers were crushed into tiny bits! Maybe I had 5 in tact wafers I saved from all boxes. Very disappointed to say the least!!

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
