Chocolates bought at Bicester Village. The quality was abominable, so not what we used to get in the past. What has happened to you? You seem to be going the way of Thorntons, profit over quality. Wrote an email of complaint, got nothing back in a week. Sadly will be the last time I ever buy Rococo. Response from management not required.

Rococo used to be my favourite chocolatier. I gave it as gifts, I took guests to their store. I've been a loyal customer for many years and always visited the Seven Dials store whenever I was in London to choose individual pieces that were so unique and delicious -- and chat with their lovely shop clerks. But today I received a box of the strawberry and raspberry creams and chocolate Easter truffles as a gift. Both are overly sweet and uninteresting. Like others, I'm disappointed at how far downhill Rococo has gone. Now feeling upset that so much money has been wasted on this last order, I might be ready to give up trying. Like others, I no longer recognise the company. I received a survey when they changed ownership and I feel like the whole offering went downhill from there. Instead of a truly unique product they now just seem to churn out mediocre versions of mediocre genres like truffles, salted caramels, and creams. When I emailed a few years ago, I was assured that offerings like the red berry ganache and yuzu caramels and other small morsels that mixed fruit glee and superior dark ganache would be back. I tried a truffle box that came as a Christmas gift that was okay, with a highlight or two, but overall meh. And this latest gift is really a disappointment. There is nothing in it to warrant the high price. I want the old Rococo back. Or at least for my gift giver to get a refund on what's just arrived.

Excellent British chocolate (very special, very British & fine, exquisite taste). Very warm friendly staff! This shop has a good spirit and I am happy to come back here any time :) They also have such a lovely design and cute paper boxes. Everyone I gave some as a gift abroad - they said they kept it for a while before they ate it…as this was so special chocolate 🤎 THANK YOU

The chocolates are absolutely delicious and really a special treat with unusual and lovely flavours. I have given them to friends who have also been very impressed
