Great nibbles selection!

I picked the nibbles selection for my friends as their daughter is not a fan of chocolate so glad I took advantage of the offer. The assistant was lovely so helpful to everyone in the store!

Amazing chocolates & experience

Amazing chocolate and always a really lovely experience whenever I visit a shop. I ordered from the website the other day and received my order just over a day later, which I was very pleased and impressed with. Will definitely be ordering again.

What has happened to the usually…

What has happened to the usually delicious chocolate I've been eating for decades? My son bought me a set of three Christmas boxes and they may as well of been Thorntons or Cadbury. Really gone downhill and now I feel I shall have to abandon Rococo and look for another supplier. Such a shame. I wasn't surprised when I did a Google search and found the company has new owners...who probably changed the recipes and quality but are still charging top prices. Hey ho.

I would not recommend at all

I would not recommend at all, very poor. They were tremendous when they were a small family run organisation but the company was sold a couple of years ago and not only is the customer care appalling (online) the quality of the chocolates has diminished considerably. Our order (quarterly box of fresh range) never arrived either and we had to chase a number of times and each time were given a flippant response. We did eventually get through to Louise, (Retail manager, Kings Rd) who sounded very busy yet was great and efficiently arranged a new delivery. The company were over promising and pushing for sales over social media and relentless emails despite the fact they couldn’t fulfil existing orders/deliveries.

No delivery, poor communication - fixed after calling them.

I’ve ordered before and the chocolates were really good, so I went to Rococco again, ordering on 29th November to be sure to have them in time for Christmas. I emailed and was assured they would turn up, but it’s now New Years Day and no chocolate. I’d mind slightly less if I hadn’t paid £5.99 for delivery. Definitely won’t shop there again unless they put this right. EDIT After contacting the company, they apologised profusely, refunded my payment and sent out alternative chocolates, so they dealt with the issue really thoroughly and I got something in time for a friend’s birthday instead of for Christmas. Thanks!

Goods in stock not delivered a month later.

Ordered on 29/11/21. Money taken and goods in stock. A month later and still waiting for order to be completed. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened but it will be my last. Time to change to someone more reliable.
