Amazing quality and beautifully packaged.

In November 2021, I placed two online orders for Rococo chocolates as gifts to family members. For reasons I don't understand, both orders were cancelled and my money was refunded. I contacted the excellent Customer Services Team, who re-instated both orders and these were duly delivered to me. I expected to be asked for payment, and waited for a message, but none arrived. I contacted Rococo, who took full responsibility for the problems with the original orders, and insisted that I would not have to pay a penny. In my experience, customer service like this is most unusual, and I applaud Rococo Chocolates for this. I have used the money I "saved" to benefit charities I support.

Always delicious. Yuzu is a favourite. Or the salted caramel chocolates (milk or plain chocolate). The box of eggs for Easter are a great present.

Rococo's chocolates and confections are among the very best we have tasted (the rose and violet fondants are much better than those of a well-known competitor; and, notably, its customer service ranks with the best. Staff is attentive, caring and generous; and has gone above and beyond with delivery issues. We are customers for life!

Rococo chocolates is my go to whenever I need a gift- wafers are perfect after dinner, fresh selection is to die for!! Just tried the Rococo chocolate spread and it was delicious- we’re saving it until pancake day!!
