The staff were incredibly helpful and took their time helping my partner and I find a rug that was suitable and blended in with our decor. Would recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice

This morning I purchased a large living room rug, a small Kilim Afghani rug and two small Indian rugs. Sophie (who was my store assistant) was absolutely brilliant! She listened to what I was looking for, looked at photos of my living area, and found exactly what I wanted. She also found the precise colours I was seeking in the smaller rugs. And she managed to juggle all of this while serving other customers at the same time! Thank you, Sophie - you didn’t try to rush me, and you demonstrated patience and professionalism.

A great range and professional service

The service was excellent. Served by a very friendly, helpful, experienced gentleman who made buying rugs so much fun without being pushy. The only place to go to buy beautiful rugs for anywhere in the home. I bought one for the lounge, and one for the bedroom.

This rug is the 2nd rug we have bought off Mark Dodd. He has exceptional customer service skills and was extremely patient with indecisive customers. The rug trial was definitely helpful when partners cannot see eye to eye. Thank-you for your patience Mark!

Nalin was extremely helpful in getting us to the decision. As we could not decide between 2 rugs, he recommended we buy 2 small versions of each to take home and see which one worked best for our outdoor area. Trying out both at home enabled us to immediately decide which worked best. We then returned the 2 small rugs and bought the large version of the one we preferred. All round a great experience with excellent service.

My wife and I recently purchased 2 big Persian rugs and 3 mats at the Bundaberg store where we had Darren looking after us. We couldn’t fault his service even when we changed the smaller of the 2 rugs for a bigger one. I would recommend Darren from the Bundaberg store to anyone.
