I started trading in July 2024 , I deposited my funds then upon withdrawal I was told that I have to pay 10% of my total profits before I can access my withdrawal. Difficult as it was , I did this . Then I was told that I had to pay R10K to upgrade my account as to access funds. My withdrawal was then approved and apparently sent to my account. However, till this day I never received any funds . I was told that they are doing everything they can to expedite this process and do a reverse withdrawal. Everyday I have been told to exercise patience infact that is when someone bothers to reply to my texts after a week or two. I have no idea if I have been scammed or what but I have lost all hope. I have written numerous emails to vaultmarkets without a response.

Was having a deposit issue that was taking what seemed like a long time, causing worry, after not getting help on the WhatsApp chat, I reached out to the website chat & a representative named Zita escalated & sorted/helped push along my issue & it was resolved in minutes. Awesome customer service, thank you Zita. Vault has been great to trade/work/withdraw with for as long as I've been with them. First fault I've had but also the quick resolve made up for it.
