BEST PAINT EVER!! Although this is more expensive than the generic brands it is a lovely thick paint , I used Park life on my accent wall in my living room , the colour pigmentation is great and exactly like the swatch , best of all my house didn’t smell like paint Amazing! Will definitely be buying again

Spent a while trying to get the right colour, but COAT paint stood well above the rest ! The colour is 100% accurate and the paint is perfect quality. I choose Coat paint as they promote their attention to Mother Earth in the materials used to manufacture the paint. As many before me have mentioned their customer service is impeccable during and after the purchase. I am decorating 3 rooms: for now I have just finished my study. I chose a terracotta colour ( Baked) which was kind of a gamble as in Glasgow in a Victorian flat could have been “out of place”. The final result is a warm colour. The paint is exactly as they describe: no drip, deep and full cover. I manage to squeeze 2 coats with a 2.5l for a medium size room. Overall experience : Awesome

So pleased I discovered this company. I had to replace some paint last minute and was struggling to find a colour that suited. After a google search found Coat Paints and found this most delightfully unusual (to me) Green Griege paint called Kind Regards. It’s perfect for what I needed - everyone comments on it and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Plus LOVE the dust bag that the paint comes in!

Wow! The best customer service I have ever come across. I ordered ordinary paint for the bathroom but wasn't sure it was right. Within hours, COAT wrote back to say it wasn't suitable. Because I live on the Isle of Wight, there was a problem with free delivery so they are sending the bathroom paint free of charge! I even had a phone call! At last there is an on line company where you feel you are a valuable customer and nothing is too much trouble for Annabelle and the team. I have a whole house to paint so I will be using the one to one consultation package COAT are offering - that's how much I trust them.

Great colour swatches, paint order arrived super fast, lovely paint, great consistency, a dream to use. No odour, deep pigment colour, I love it, glad I ordered colour chart as will definitely come back for next decoration project paint.

This is a review on the customer service at COAT. Last week, I left a really bad review on a paint lot I bought, and didn't have to wait for 1 hour before discussing with their customer service. Annabelle in particular has been a real GEM! She obviously wanted to understand the problem and how she could help the best way possible. I received a refund on the order I made, as well as a DPD collection for the remaining unused paint. She also offered a voucher, would I want to order again in the future. All in all, I have to say that's honestly the best customer service I ever had to deal with. I am extremely happy about the situation (all thing considered) and felt like they really tried to understand my point of view and stress. I can't speak for the product yet, but fear not, if you have a problem they will help you for sure. once again, massive thank you !

After researching various paint suppliers on the Internet, I sent for a couple of samples from Coat Paints. They arrived really quickly, we loved the colour 'Detox', just the shade we wanted for our lounge. I went on to order 5 litres of matt emulsion. It arrived so quickly, was really well packed. As I write this review my husband is painting the lounge walls. The colour is gorgeous and the finish is beautiful. We are so pleased with it

I have ADORED the entire COAT experience. Love the company ethos. The colour makes me want to eat my wall. The paint is lovely to work with, it came beautifully packed, loved the cloth bag, the stirring stick was an amazing extra and I've told literally everyone I know about it. If I could be paint, I'd be a COAT paint. Thank you for this glorious experience.

We're at the beginning of our decorating journey with coat, and our experiences with them so far have been brilliant! We had a joyful colour consultation with Aaron, who really helped us to overcome our indecisiveness re colour palette for our bedroom and provided us with a comprehensive specification for the room. We can't wait to continue with the room and are sure we'll come back to coat soon!
