Really helpful and enjoyable consultation
What a great experience our colour consultation was. Really thoughtful, helpful and inspiring suggestions from Aaron which encouraged us to imagine our newly coloured rooms. Thank you again.

Amazing Paint
I have painted multiple rooms with this paint spanning over a year. The coverage is amazing. I’m new to painting and it covers like a dream. Customer service is amazing and if you order too much they can collect and reimburse I think minus shipping. But awesome.

Great rich coverage & easy to clean up!
Strange reading some of the negative reviews as I have found this super easy to apply and it's coverage has been better than their calculator predicted. And I am an amateur so probably over or even under applying it but the coverage is great. 2 coats did the job! In Park Life 💚 I've used the Flat Matt, to cover sheen walls just with a light sanding, and the Soft Sheen in the kitchen, and it has been easy. It's definitely better than other eco paints I've used. As an HSP I can be affected by the smell of paint, even so called Eco paint, but that hasn't happened with this lush paint. I'm very happy!

Not my ideal product but sorted with the best customer service ever !
I honestly wanted to leave a good review on the product but at this stage, the only super positive note I can leave is about the customer service. I decided to buy paint from COAT because of the company value and also because of all the chemicals in the other brands… But after trying it, and under tight deadlines to repaint, I was forced to find another solution in store. For a 10m2 room, even a 5L paint couldnt cover properly… and that’s after applying their primer (which was also a paiiiin, and ended up Using as a touch up rather than full coverage on the wall because it was impossible) The paint is soooo difficult to apply, really heavy and not smooth, somehow not liquid enough, which makes it really impossible to apply with a smooth finish.. And that’s just with a white paint (colour screenshot) so I’m really not up for the green I bought for another room. I am however pleased to say all the unused paint has been sent back to COAT, with a special courier collection for them to check the problem. My whole order was around £230, which is quite a lot of money. Again, this has been looked at by COAT, who decided to refund me, as well as offering me a voucher for a future order!…so definitely not all wasted ;) Although I wish I had a better experience with the product, we have to recognise they could have easily decided to ignore my original super negative review, and leave me with a loss…which they didn’t and can only prove they believe in their products 👌🏼 so all in all, I would say that COAT is really doing things well, and if I wasn’t in any specific rush, I would have probably tried again.

A pleasure to paint with
We’ve just finished redecorating our bedroom with Coat paint (cargo, matt emulsion) and wanted to say thanks for a seamless process. Everything arrived on time and as described and the paint was a real joy to work with; went on super easy and gave fab coverage. Made the chore of redecorating that much more pleasant! I’m sure we’ll be using again for future sprucing up in the house.

It was such a lovely touch when I received my COAT paint. Very well packaged & then… a cute dust bag such a lovely touch. Now I love it when I receive my new handbag or shoes with a dust bag so this was a lovely touch. Also the paint is a lovely texture I stirred it with my cute stick that came with the package & to be honest I had to stop myself from licking the stick. Just like fresh cream!! I’ve painted my garden fence panels with the colour Nomad which is deep olive & matches my greenhouse amazing 🤩 it’s a little more expensive than regular fence paint but I think long term the colour will last, also the depth of the colour is perfect. I’m new to this company but I’m hooked already by their contact & communication & offer of advice with all things decorating. I like the story behind the company & what they are achieving in the environment. Very well done

Brilliant product and excellent…
Brilliant product and excellent customer service. I have tried 2 colours in the exterior paint range which was lovely to use. The pots come in a canvass bag with a wooden paint stirrer. A great touch. The paint is like double cream with a good pigment. It has excellent coverage. Customer service is quick to respond to any questions and I found them very helpful. An all round good experience. Would highly recommend

Beautiful Colours
As a new home owner of a very old terraced house, a lot of work is needed and I couldn't afford to change the kitchen, so I decided to upcycle the kitchen units by painting them. I found Coat paints and from the ordering of swatches, to the very quick delivery and after sale customer service, they have been superb. The colours are just beautiful with complimentary pallets, and the paint goes a long way. I just have the second coat to do but already I have a fabulous new kitchen that looks fresh, and in keeping with the style of the house. Thank you Coat Paints and my 2nd order and new swatch request is already in!

Disappointed
First time using COAT and even though I like what the company doing in regards to climate etc., this product was one of the worst to use. I’ve worked as decorator in past and pigment rich paint was always troublesome but not anymore. With companies like F&B and even mainstream players like Dulux, your deep coloured paint covers over 2 coats, you’re able to touch up without the need of painting full wall and generally the paint is easy to work with. COAT paint came nicely packed in off white fabric bags with some leaflets about company and so on. I’ve started with shade called House Points which I thought would take two coats over former yellow-ish walls. I was mistaken! After 4th coat of paint costing almost 50 pounds for 2.5kg, the walls are still patchy and the finish is visibly uneven. On the very small bedroom with woodwork to one meter height I expected to use about half of the tin. I am disappointed as my partner who spent around £130 on 2 tins of paint was really looking forward to our bedroom and hallways being redecorated and now she’ll have to wait for me to buy another paint elsewhere to make it right.
