Avoid like the plague!!! Eventim are absolutely awful. I purchased my tickets a year before the show I wanted. Booked seats that were adequately placed for my daughter (she has autism) only to be told that Eventim had changed my seats to a row behind due to an error on THEIR part. I was notified only a few weeks before after them having my money for a year!! By the time they got around to notifying me, the show was sold out! So I couldn't even shop for different seats. If they'd of told me at the time, the seats were not available then again, I'd of happily changed the seats for my daughter. But instead I basically got told to put up and shut up. A life lesson learned here, next time I'll go directly to the theatre itself. Eventim have been totally unhelpful and not interested.

Very easy and so much more accommodating than Ticketmaster. I had constant updates once I had signed up and managed to buy a ticket in minutes. To be honest it came quite a surprised as all the fansale sites appeared to have given up with TLDP- even now, nothing is available - apart from Eventim.

Easy to use. BUT failed with the link to print off my tickets. Please can you help.

I didn't sign up for the site with a general interest in events, there was one specific artist I was desperate to get tickets for, and was awaiting pre-sale. Eventim sent an unexpected email early in the morning letting us know the time the pre-sale would open. I was able to get tickets before many other sites. Even though I was unfamiliar with the venue, and getting tickets is always stressful, the site presented the available seats in colours and prices, and check-out was fast. I have to get an app to use the tickets and I hope the show it is a good experience.
