Avoid, absolutely diabolical service
Absolutely diabolical service. Avoid at all costs. I ordered and paid for tickets I then received the etickets foolishly thinking I'd be attending the event. Booked a hotel, paid in advance for the cheaper rate. Printed the tickets etc and placed in a birthday card as it was a surprise gift to a special one off event. Just over a week later I received an email saying Hi there Sorry for the inconvenience your tickets have been cancelled due to a technical error. Apparently not theiit fault its down to the below, talk about pass the buck! AVOID. This has been a huge let down and now we cannot attend the event and have no need for the hotel bookings. Your enquiry at our Customer Service Hello Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we don't have any more information as to why the cancellation was necessary - we were simply provided the details by our operations team and asked to make contact with the affected customers. I have asked them if they can provide more information but at present I do not have this. I can only apologise once again - there is no way for us to reinstate the tickets. Booking process straight forward then...
Booking process relatively straight forward. Instructions on how to get the "Venue Electronic Ticket" very unclear, not in the FAQs, no response from Eventim customer service. £30 booking fee for 2 tickets, £4 for a facility fee??? Not a great experience…

Event cancelled
Event cancelled, refunded only face value of tickets, not booking fee or delivery ( email doesn't cost anything anyway so that's a rip off). Lost £17.50. Their disclaimer in the Ts and Cs is just ducking their responsibilty. Avoid.

Unhelpful and unforgiving.
I accidentally booked tickets on the wrong date and realised my mistake as soon as I had made the purchase. I contacted Eventim to explain but was told that despite tickets being available for the next night, they would not change the booking owing to their unfriendly customer service policy. This means that instead of meeting friends to collectively celebrate the work of the performing artist, I will now travel across counties to attend a concert on my own. Thanks Eventim!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE
Do not use it. They sell for higher rate less nice seats. Usually in 24hours you should be able to change the reservation (not cancel) but at least change the seats, but they don't. Contacting them after 15mins of the reservation they did not help, not even changing for the same row at the same cost. Definitely not recommended.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I was worried about an error in my booking I had made but David was happy to help amend my order. Quick replies were much appreciated. Also a response from Anish today was very reassuring that my tickets would be sent via email a week before my concert! Thank you so much for your help, I shall now wait for my tickets to arrive!! x

Rip-off additional charges
Rip-off additional charges. An additional surcharge of over 20% for booking fees, processing fees and transaction fees (surely these are all the same thing with different names!) plus delivery fees to email a ticket! plus a venue levy.

I thought i was purchasing tickets…
I thought i was purchasing tickets through the correct website... but if i had purchased front row tickets via Ent i would have got a meet and greet package and it would have still been cheaper!!!! Not happy at all.
