All worked excellently.

Spent £560 on tickets for 10 people. Tube strikes announced and we are all traveling 4+ hours on the day. Very unhelpful responses and told us to sell tickets on secondary markets. Straight up ignored some of my questions I asked via email. They did offer to move the date but this was the only day we could all do.

There was no problem purchasing the ticket despite it being so close to the date of the concert. There was a problem with the QR code appearing in the app but eventually it did. I got to see a great show by Alice Cooper and band who were on top form.

Easy to book the tickets , quite straight forward. Decent prices. Haven't received tickets yet but show is only in January so loads of time

The final ticket price was nowhere near the initial advertised price. £2.50 for an e-ticket is ridiculous. £1.50 “admin cost” and then a £2 ticket resale fee. If you want to be like Ryanair then this is nowhere near a premium buying experience.

Clear easy to follow instructions only way to get 5/5 is to offer views from seats.

The amount of add ons to the basic ticket cost are ridiculous . The advertised ticket price was bumped up by nearly 50% for separate Booking fee Venue levy Processing fee and Delivery /transaction costs ( an email) The Ryanair of venue ticketing practice it seems
