I had hifu treatment with Lulu and this is the second time coming and I am happy as I can see the difference from before and now. I am happy with Lulu because she is caring and show compassion towards her work and client. She explains to the client the process of the procedure so the client knows what is happening. I recommend to anyone. I highly recommend Lulu, in my eyes she is the best!

I did cosmelan at first and now microneddling, I'm very happy with the service so far, MY Ethestatician Lulu has been amazing. She is really good at what she does, very caring, makes me feel at easy during sessions. Always available to advise me on how to look after my skin. She doesn't rush during sessions, takes her time and results are always the best!

I've been visiting Este's Edinburgh branch for a while now for my hair regrowth journey (laser & PRF). Lovely building and decor and I always feel extremely welcomed by all staff at reception. Anam is always great at doing my PRF and I have to give a special shout out to Izzy who is always so friendly, personable and kind when doing my laser regrowth appts. Looking forward to updating my review once I've completed my journey and have my final results :)
