I have only (so far) placed one order. I had no mail to say the item had been despatched and it was only when I recieved this review that I contacted LED Specialist to say I had not received the items after over a week. There wa s avery good, almost instant, reply to say a second delivery would be sent as the first must have gone astray. Once again I had no more contact till the goods arrived after a further 3 days, which I consider good. Overall the price was good and the response to my chase up of the order was good but on the down side there was a lack of communication regarding the progress of the order. Packaging was robust so the items arrived in good condition. I would probably use the company in the future as the comprehensive range and competitive pricing are good. My only concern is the lack of communication. On the up side I didn't have to resort to Amazon! I hope the initial delivery problem is not usual but the reaponse was comforting.
