Ordered an LED bulb from these guys, and sadly the bulb had a fault, so contacted the customer service team who very kindly sent out a replacement together with a pre-paid envelope to return the faulty bulb, all within a couple of days. Honestly, have never experienced such a friendly service from an Online retailer.

Purchased GU10 5.3w (warm) x 14 to replace existing halogen bulbs and one of the best buys ever made. They were the cheapest on the internet and were delivered the next day.

Product was perfect but I asked for delivery to my husband's office so that we would have the bulbs ready for our electrician to install first thing the following morning. Unfortunately that instruction was overlooked and delivery was attempted to our home - as no one was there it meant having to drive a 20 mile round trip the next day in order to collect. Shame as it would have been a perfect score

I ordered on-line, on a Monday. the goods arrived by courier about midday on Tuesday. The goods were well packed and work fine.

I've been interested in changing the lights in my apartment to led for some time now, but had read horror stories about cheap Chinese import bulbs catching fire and being generally unsafe, so I promised myself I would only settle for bulbs bought from a UK certified company. I stumbled across led specialist after doing a Google search, and was blown away by the sheer choice of bulbs and fitting they offered. Info about each bulb on the site is in depth and helpful, and I soon realised that I could change every single bulb in my apartment to led no matter what the fitting was. I ordered 7 bulbs for my first order which arrived very quickly and all worked perfectly. Unfortunately one of the bulbs was had been sent in error and had the wrong fitting (it was a simple mistake for the seller to make as the boxes were almost identical). The seller had the correct bulb sent out the very next day at no extra charge, and even told me to keep the one sent in error (which I reluctantly did - I'm an honest lad and didn't want to keep anything I hadn't paid for but the seller insisted). I have since put in a massive order which will cover the rest of the lights in my apartment. I can't speak highly enough about this seller - they are really helpful, polite, and efficient. Nothing not to like

These lights are brighter than my GU10 50W halogen and illuminate my kitchen to a much higher standard. I will achieve payback in 9 month, based on 3 hours use per days, . I have delayed buying LED until they got they technology right combined with a viable price. Highly recommend these lights.

I am overall satisfied by this service and will certainly consider using it again. The led bulbs were as promised and the price convenient. I am not rating this service with 5 starts because 1) the bulbs were not in stock and nobody informed me about that. I had to call in order to know that there was a delay; 2) No tracking number has been provided. I had no idea when the delivery could have happened. The online system showed for 3 days the status "processing" and for two days "shipped". Not much informative, I must say. Luckily somebody was at home when the parcel was delivered. I feel it would not take much effort to make this service a 5 star service!
